- Scheduling data: appointments are booked through Calendly, which collects the information you enter and shares it with us. Calendly's own privacy practices apply to data you submit through it.
- Automatically collected data: like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages visited, through cookies or similar technologies. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools on this site.
- Client engagement data: during a paid engagement, we may access or handle information necessary to deliver the Services, such as your LinkedIn profile content and target audience criteria you provide.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and schedule consultations, provide and improve our Services, communicate with you about your engagement, send information you request or that relates to services you've purchased, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Marketing Communications
If you opt in or become a client, we may send you emails related to our Services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We honor applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.
